Cambia, e migliora, la composizione dei Cda delle società quotate
Uno studio della società americana Spencer Stuart conferma che nel 2017 le composizioni dei Consigli di amministrazione delle prime cento società quotate italiane è in miglioramento. A spingere verso il cambiamento buone pratiche, attenzione alle diversità e le nuove normative che hanno migliorato la presenza di donne nei board. Rimangono alcune criticità.

I paesi extra-europei si confermano i più sognati dai viaggiatori italiani, mentre l’interesse per il viaggio in Europa rimane stabile.
